Mt Pleasant Heating And Plumbing

After waking up to no heat, our experience with Mount Pleasant Heating, Air Conditioning and Plumbing could not have gone better. They answered my phone call and were in my driveway and waiting for me to arrive back at my house for the service call. It only took a couple minutes to diagnose the problem and after tracking down the necessary part, they returned and were quickly able to get our heat going. Additionally, they were able to correct an on going issue we had with our air conditioner

The work was done well. The Work was done fast. The cosmestics of the work ids not appealing at all. The heating unit was set on cement blocks and not tied to it at all other than by the top venting system. Nothing was done to make it look better. The heating exhaust vent and A/C lines are just kind of bent in, and do not follow the contour of the walls or ceiling. There was NO Cleanup. All of the cleanup was left to me without asking.... The holes for the vent and A/C lines had to be sealed by me. The A/C-Heating Unit itself was not sealed at the ceiling and still isn't , as well as the at the floor and at the drain. I guess I have to do it....... I thought he would come back to do it. Some of the copper parts that I paid for also have disappeared during .the construction.
