 + -1 moreWe were referred to Chad with Monti Home Improvements in 2020 from a local interior designer friend. We contacted Chad in April for measurements and quote. We're almost an hour away from their "home base" in Monticello, but they happily did the quote as they work in Cedar Rapids often. We were very specific about what countertop we wanted, so we ordered it based on his specs and they installed it. Chad and his employee arrived on time on the day they scheduled the work for. They were very quiet and worked efficiently on the project. Thankfully, we don't have a large kitchen or a large amount of counter space, so it didn't take all day. We would definitely recommend to others and use their services again on future kitchen projects!

 + -1 moreMy experience with them was very good! They worked with us in a very professional manner, and the material we used were very good. We were very pleased with their demeanor. They showed up when they said they were going to, and they did the work that needed to be done. They left the area clean, and as it was before. There was no trash or anything in the area. They cleaned up after themselves pretty well. I would most definitely use them again in the future.
Description of Work: I used Monti Home Improvements late spring summer for some things in our garage. Their owner is Dan Kraus.

Description of Work: Category should be Home Improvement. Dan Krauss, owner, inflates his material costs by about 75% and was dishonest about that fact. Was very disrespectful, in fact yelling, when asked for detailed BOM pricing for home improvement materials cost. We stopped all transactions with him and wouldn't suggest anyone do business with him.
