Description of Work: These guys managed the property we rented. They are some of the worst people I have ever had to deal with. Unprofessional, unresponsive and CROOKS. I would stay away from these people at all costs. They will burn you.

+ 1 moreSomebody came over and looked at the project, but we didn't get an estimate. We called and asked them about it. They said they would give it to us by a certain time, but they didn't submit it. My husband continued to try to call them. First of all, he couldn't get them. When he did, he found that they sent out a group of several different people out on estimates, and they never got them together to see what they looked at. We never got the estimate, and we never used them. They came when they said they would. I wasn't here when they came.
Description of Work: I used H&L Enterprises for an estimate on basement repairs. The job included replacing the ceiling and lights and putting in new wainscoting. The other job was to pour a patio in the front of the house and install new steps.

+ 1 morePhoned company to set up an appointment for an estimate. They didn't want to come out for more than 2wks just for the estimate as they were too busy with other jobs. I thought to myself if they're,too busy"to come out, I'm too busy too. Either they're really too busy or they don't have enough installers to handle the work load. In any regards I wanted to get the process started must sooner then they could begin.
Description of Work: I wanted to get an estimate on costs for installation of a bow or bay window in my home.

+ 10 moreFrom start to finish everything went well, using with quality products. Started with removing wet carpet, doors & trim, furniture (put in pod that was rented). Carpet was replaced, throughout, new oak trim & doors. Moved furniture back in to lower level Opened up a wall that had a storage room behind it and put in built in bar, all oak. Granite counter top on bar, surround sound system. Added more can lighting.
Description of Work: It started with water damage from a sewer back up. They were at our home within hours of calling them which helped to minimize the potential damage. The carpet was removed, trim & doors removed, drywall cut out to keep from seeping up. We had planned to remodel the lower level to make better use of the space and thought this an opportune time. They gave us great ideas of which they were able to implement , such as a built in bar. The design is a one-of-a-kind and looks very sharp and works well with our 1860 fire place mantel. We did receive an initial bid, but did have a lot of extras, mainly due to the quality of work we had seen they were able to produce. Will use them again!
