Description of Work: Repaired a refrigerator that had lost coolant. They picked up the appliance at my house promptly when they said. They estimated about a week for the repair. It took approximately 2 weeks. I had to call after a week with no contact to find out the status, but I was able to speak directly with the technician who explained why the repair was taking longer than estimated. It was delivered back to my house at the agreed upon time (within 10 minutes of the estimate) and in it was clean and in working order with a 90 day guarantee on the work.

+ -1 moreI called Monday between 4-5pm, expecting to get an appointment at the end of the week. They were able to send someone out Tuesday morning to repair my dryer and I live 20 miles from where they are located. I don't know how good the pricing is because I know nothing about dryers, but I was impressed with how quickly they were able to come and now my dryer works.
Description of Work: Diagnostics on the problem with my dryer, replacement of the Thermal Cutoff.
