+ -1 moreDid the job well, but started an hour before the noise ordinance in our city allowed (6:20a.m.) We lost several shingles in a wind storm last winter and had a leak in the roof. Contacted them in April, but due to a hail storm in parts of our city (we were not affected by the hail storm), we were put on a waiting list, even though we had a physical leak in the roof. Did not get the roof done until September. Had to contact them several times to check on when they would start the job. Seemed they did the insurance jobs before the "private pay" jobs. . . now have to repair ceilings in 2 rooms due to the delays.
Description of Work: Completely re-roofed the house.

+ 1 moreIn the end we ended up getting 2 new doors, new siding, all new windows, great looking siding, new gutters, new soffits, new facia, new roofing, new front porch, and an entirely new look to our old house.
Description of Work: We qualified for a housing rehab grant through our city and the lowest bidder was QUALTY ROOFING & SIDING. The crew came on some of the coldest days and worked all day to get this project completed, within the 90 day time frame allowed by the grant. We had to have some lead removed, replacement windows, siding, facia, soffits, gutters, roofing, plumbing, insulation,and minor electrical repairs. The work included removing our old, (no longer needed) chimney, tear off of old roofing and replacing the sheathing, and repair to porch roof, they had to redirect our sump pump, repair the basement steps, add a handrail to the basement,install a cieling in basement stairwell, the entire bathroom needed to be replumbed along with all the cast irion sewer pipes. (the pluming work was done by Lic. Plumber), they added insulation to sidewalls of the house as well as a R-85 depth in the attic which had NO insulation before. Jim and his crew were VERY polite and professional, they worked in some of the nastiest cold to complete this project under a month. They were able to transform our house from the "Sows Ear" that it has been for the past 14 years, to the "Silk Purse" that it is now. I cannot express how happy I am that Jim,Jaime, and Jorge bid on this job and then went above and beyond to make us happy.
