My worst appliance purchase experience: Mon May 15 1. comparison shopping over phone, I asked Pam for laundry set price: $1049 plus stack kit and install 2. I ordered set and stack kit 3. she made me paid $95 for stack kit over phone Tues May 16 4. they install set and associated stack kit 5. they present bill charging quoted price for each appliance instead of set 6. I talk with Pam, offer compromise price, no aggreement; no apology, she acts like I am the problem, that she has to pay installers, that set can't be returned as new; $350 restocking for each appliance, etc. 7. They take it all back and don't refund stack kit price. June 6 8. In store, I ask Pam if she has supervisor I can talk to. She doesn't know who I am. She says she is one of the owners. I repeat question, same answer; 5 more rounds of I repeat question and she evades with same response. 9. I say my problem is with her, I want to talk to someone else. She refuses. Says she can help me. 10. I explain the scenario and ask for kit refund. I only bought it because she miscommunicated or misled me on cost of set. 11. She says I am "worst customer in 30 years, get out". 30 years and you can't you clearly communicate price? Why not confirm total before order, before delivery, before install? Scam tactic? Stay away, or beware.

They carry a large selection of products. They are the only ones that work on the manufacturer of my dishwasher. Their installers are great and they get the job done. They are quick and efficient. I will continue to use them, but, they need to work on customer service, as it is sub-par.
