 + -1 moreThey also opened up the drains.I have been using them since 20 years. They are very nice, honest and friendly. They do good job.

 + -1 moreThey arrived promptly. However, while attempting to fix the leak, broke the whole tank AND bowl. We had to buy a whole new toilet. Ended up taking 4 hours. We were charged for everything (time, new bowl, installation) except one hour of workmanship, even though they clearly broke the tank and bowl.
Description of Work: Need a leak in a toilet tank fixed.

 + -1 moreThings went well even though it was a hassle for them because our city is about the only one in the state that does not allow the flexible tubing in the fireplace area. They could use soft aluminium which is better than rigid pipe but still not as easy as the flex. But they were good-natured about the extra complications and had smiles on throughout the work. They have done work for us before and we would use them in the future.
Description of Work: They ran a gas line to a new gas insert fireplace.

 + 0 moreThey had installed the septic system. I have used them in the past. They're knowledgeable about what they do. They diagnose the problem and fix it. They are easy to get in touch with and work their schedule around us. They have been around for a while and I will continue to use and recommend them.
Description of Work: They took care of our septic system as it was backing up. They fixed the sewage pump.
