+ -1 moreI contacted this company to secure a quotation for replacement windows based upon a strong referral from a service provider that I have had good experiences with. They arrived late for the appointment, but were professional while they were in our home. After two weeks, I received a call indicating that I would receive their quotation within two or three days. It has been three weeks since then and I still have not heard from them. A follow-up e-mail has gone unanswered. I was very disappointed that we agreed that they would be securing the windows quotations from a specific wholesaler. When I follow-up with this company I was told that they had not heard from Weber. I am glad that they demonstrated this level of disregard for customer service before I contract with them.
Description of Work: Failed to provide a quotation and is being unresponsive.

+ -1 moreService and quality are excellent at Weber's Paint and Glass. Work was done in the time frame they said it was with everything ready for re-installing. I've had a number of things done there over the years at Weber's. They were so careful removing some of my mother's hand crafted stained glass from an old transom window and replacing it with regular glass so I'd be able to keep it when her house was sold.
Description of Work: Repaired several windows and screens following storm damage.

Description of Work: I was painting the bases of my Livingston end tables and had started to paint the first one. The color did not appear as dark as I wanted. Called the store at 4:30pm. The owner stayed open late to correct the color to my liking.
