Steve was very prompt for the appointment. He was very knowledgeable and thorough in his inspection. Very pleasant yet professional. I seldom recommend businesses anymore but I will recommend D.W.I. (Wood Destroying Insect) Steve also provides an 2 year warranty against infestation compared with a 1 year by his competitors. The warranty also include a free re-inspection at the 1 year mark.

Arrived promptly. Demonstrated a thorough knowledge of wasps and their habits. Explained the process. Friendly and courteous.

Steve called me in the morning and got details of inspection. He took my concern about certain pests that aren't usually included in a general inspection. He did charge more because we do not live in the CR area but it was not unreasonable. He was very kind, courteous, and a pleasure to talk to. He had the inspection done by mid afternoon and stopped by our house to pick up the check because we weren't too far out of the way.

Steve is wonderful to work with! Showed up on time and immediately took a look inside where we thought our problem was. Yes, that was an area, but he also found other areas that we had no idea were the big hangout locations. He said that while he had these areas open he would clean up the droppings and add bait for any new visitors. Went outside and under our home and found numerous places where the rodents were getting in. Patched all of those places and went above and beyond addressing an extremely difficult location. Was here for two hours and only charged $65!!!! He will be following up with us. We have plans to work with him this fall for a winter plan of action. You cannot go wrong with WDI Pest Control! Steve did a fantastic job of spraying the house and workshop for bugs. He even changed out some glue boards that I had put down for mice and tossed some mouse poison in the attic. But what really impressed me was that he checked and sprayed all of the eves of the house and shop for wasps. He went the extra mile to make sure we had addressed all pest issues.
