+ 0 moreFurnace went out during winter (53 years old) it was in a very tight place, The Reece team (like 5 vans) came over next day and installed Furnace and ac unit. By far the most affordable company in my area. Did a Good job and I felt the team was trustworthy to where I could leave the house while they worked
Description of Work: Had a new furnace put in, while they were doing it I had new AC unit put in and then later I had them install a new water Heater

+ -1 moreThe service provider charged a trip charge and an hour charge but then when I spoke with the owner he waived the hour charge and kept the trip charge since it didn't take an hour. The owner made it right and that's why I'm interested in still using their service, they were fair about their pricing.
Description of Work: They repaired my ac system. It turned out that it needed Freon.

+ -1 moreThey initially sent somebody out to drain the heater and cut off the supply lines. A short period of time later, another couple of people came out and actually replaced the heater. The entire process took about 2 hrs.
Description of Work: Replaced hot water heater with a 12 yr warranty hot water heater. We called them on a Sunday. We had issues with our phones, but they persisted and kept calling all of our provided contact numbers. Cost was about $100 to move up to a 12 yr warranty from an 8 yr warranty.
