Quality Pest Control

On a Monday Derek (the tech) came to my home, he was friendly and informative. He sprayed the grass and under bushes for gnat swarms. He said call if I didn’t see improvement. The yard was tolerable for a week and then gnats were back, I called and will have my yard re-sprayed including on the bushes, plants and around trees. Price is reasonable w a one month guarantee.

Ended up with some biting bugs in the house. I'm an anxious sort when it comes to that. Randy was able to put my mind at ease. General assessment and spray seemed to bring situation under control, but it wasn't left at that. Continuous monitoring and follow up visits already on the schedule. Very affordable. If you have issues, don't be afraid to call these people.

Randy arrived early and had the problem taken care of within a half hour, without getting stung! He cleaned up the debris afterwards and also sprayed further around the house so that they wouldn't build a new nest this year. He gave us information about hornets and was interesting to talk to. We were happy with how much was charged. We will definitely do business with them again.

It didn't. I contacted them on Wed morning at about 10. The woman who answered was pleasant, and said I would need to talk to the exterminator directly because of my issues, she would give them a message and they would call me. Had not heard from them by 5:30, so I tried calling. Left a message with the answering services for them to call me in the morning. Did not hear from them by 10:30 so called again. Let the Phone ring 10 plus times. No answer. Tried again. After ringing another 10+ times the woman I had talked to the day before finally answered. I told her why I was calling, and that I had left a message the night before. She said they were very busy, and short staffed. I asked if I should go elsewhere, but she assured me they would get back to me. I hadn't heard from them by 3:30 so I tried again. This time it took 3 tries of 10+ rings for someone to answer. Told her who I was, and that I wondered what was going on. Her reply was to once again tell me how busy they were, no apology of any sort. At that point I told her I would be trying another company and writing this review. I prefer to support small local businesses which was why I tried them back, BUT there is a limit. A true professional would have given me a call to let me know there was going to be a delay.

Extremely well. They were punctual, extremely professional and so nice. Did a great job.

Seemingly okay. It's been good. No issues. They showed up late. They did a good job once they got there, but it was a problem getting there.

Did what they said they were going to do for the price they quoted.

Customer service is rude and intentionally vague in regard to warranty questions. Insisted they could give no pricing information whatsoever without charging me 60 dollars to see the property they treated less than 30 days ago.

I got an infestation of flour bugs. They did a thoughtful, thorough, upbeat job and solved the problem in one visit. I took apart the kitchen, they sprayed food quality spray, they said they would not come back, and as of now they have not.

Fantastic. We had 1000's of bugs inside and out and they were all gone by the end of the day they sprayed. Since then none have been back.

Great! Making the appointment was fast and easy. The technician showed up on time and worked very efficiently. He even removed some wasp nests outside that we didn't notice. After the service, no more ants! Can't recommend them enough!

I scheduled the service one week in advance for 1:00 PM appointment. They called me and asked to reschedule to 2:30 PM, which was no problem. When no showed up at 3:15, I called to see when someone would come, and they told me that they are probably running late and to sit tight and call in an hour if no one showed up. I called them at 4:30 PM because no one showed up, but they told me that they have no way of contacting their tech because he didn't have a cell phone. They told me to wait it out, but no one showed up, so I ended up cancelling. I am not giving an F because they were nice and willing to work me in on a different day but I took the day off from work for this, but couldn't do it twice, so I had to cancel instead of reschedule. My advice to them would be to give their technicians cell phones so they can be contacted while on the job in cases like these.

Derrick was super nice. He was knowledgeable, honest, patient, and helpful. He did and inspection, didn't find anything, and was kind about it. I would defiantly call them back again if I needed anything at all.

It normally lasts all summer.

The technician arrived right on time and performed a detailed inspection of our bedroom, ultimately assuring us that there were no signs of bed bugs. He could have stopped right there and charged us the $53.00 fee, but he knew that we were getting bit by something so he offered to treat both the inside and outside of our house for a total of $64.20. That was a fair price to pay in my opinion for some piece of mind and if nothing else, it should help keep down the Japanese Beetle and Box Elder Bug population for a while. Between the inspection and treatment process, he spent almost an hour and a half at our residence and was extremely friendly and professional. There were no surprises, no pressure to purchase any kind of contract, and he promised to come back out for free if we experienced any kind of bug-related issues within the next month. We'll have to wait and see how effective it was but we were very pleased with the service.

He was very responsive and treated it immediately with one treatment and then came back to treat the house at a later scheduled time. Very easy to work with and sincerely wanted to fix the problem. Also suggested a repair person to fix the damaged area.

Randy is a nice responsible friendly man and he did a good thorough job. I needed to change the time, and he and Cynthia were very accommodating. They also called to remind you of my appointment and answered questions. My only concern, and don't know who is responsible, but the value listed on Angies List was $300 and we pay $99. Randy was here about 45 minutes and I asked him why the value was $300, and he said it wasn't. The regular price would be $125. So I still got a deal, and a good job, but thought I was getting a better financial deal.

Called multiple times to set up an appointment to come out to my house. The first time he couldn't come out was a legitimate reason, a personal reason, then the second time was again a good reason because of weather conditions. But after the fact I got no call back about my appointment and have called to leave voice mails and yet still no call has been returned.

Provider arrived on time and treated the whole house inside & out. All went well.

Showed up at scheduled time and performed service to satisfacion.

Just moved to our new house and noticed some bugs on the support wood stems of our deck and was concerned about termites affecting the structure. Contacted them and spoke with Randy who was very helpful and offered to come to our home the same day, unfortunately we were not going to be available so we scheduled for another day. He showed up right on time as we had agreed, was very knowledgeable and professional. Fortunately after evaluation it turned out we didn't have a termite problem so we just went with the preventive treatment which went really smooth. We will definitely recommend their services and continue to use the preventive treatments a couple of times per year.

The technician arrived on time. We had examples of the bugs we were dealing with. He was very knowledgable about what they were and what would be needed to get rid of them. The general service we were having done would not address the black carpenter ants we had outside, that were showing up inside also. He quoted us the cost and we asked to have the additional application to take care of them. Rather then setting up another appointment he promptly contacted another tech on his team to bring the necessary product needed and completed our request immediately. This was very convenient We feel customer sactifaction is important to them, would recommend them to others and will use their servce again. We remain bug free so far.

Provider was very thorough and explained the difference of chemicals used for both in my house and outside. He was great to talk to and is a very nice and professional worker. He was on time and was very easy to work with. I would use this service again.

Sprayed interior and exterior of house for ants/spiders. Very professional and on time. Hopefully this will keep out the critters this year!

Very friendly and effective service. We had a problem with hordes of small ants in the kitchen that we had tried to get rid rid of for weeks without success. Showed me outside where ants very likely came into the house and was very thorough in his work. We haven't seen an ant since he was here - or any other insect for that matter. He was 15 minutes late, but his office called before the appointment and said he would be a little late - that wasn't a problem. Will definitely use him again.
