Kelly Concrete Company

Turned out horrible. Cracks and chunks falling off. Black marks that can't be fixed now needs to be stained. Our final bill was 50 percent higher than bid. He never came back to correct mistakes but demanded final payment.

Kelly did a great job. Tim came out multiple times to help us work through the design and layout to ensure we were happy with the plan and result. He gave us some suggestions for changes, and we're happy with the results. Their works teams were very friendly and did what they could to make sure we were satisfied.

Over the course of about 2 or 3 months, several requests were made both by phone and email for someone to give us an estimate on what turned out to be nearly $9000 worth of work. We never got any response from this company, so went with another concrete contractor.

This comapny was very hard to even get someone to come and give an estimate. After three calls to their office we had the estimator out. He took messurements and said he would email the estimate by the end of the week. When we did not recieve the email we called again the next week and he said he was "just finishing it up now" and would put it in the mail today. When we did not receive the estimate in the mail for a week we called again and they said that they would email it to us in 20 minutes. We did recieve it within the 20 minutes but it wasn't within a reasonable range. This is not the way I would like to see a company do business.
