I used Heather Morris Realty Consulting. I spoke to her yesterday, we are currently purchasing a house through her, using her. It's whatever the normal Real Estate fee is I think it's 7% but because I'm buying I don't have to pay that. Best Realtor that we have every used and we have used many. She knows the area, she knows the builders, she knows the history of this whole Cedar Rapids area. Very responsive, works for the customer, watches out for her customer.
Description of Work: We are currently purchasing a house through her, using her Real Estate Agency.
