Paul was incredibly responsive to all my phone calls and even tried troubleshooting my problems over the phone to avoid any charges for me. After we decided to make it a home visit, he was very helpful in setting up a time that worked for me, even when we live in Iowa county. He was very knowledgeable and created several different scenarios to save me money with the new equipment that needed to be installed. Recommended I price shop and even stayed till I found the right equipment. Walked me through how to install the new item and even helped me put my house back together. Would hands down recommend this guy to anyone. Very respectful and easy to work with, even if you are not the sharpest in the technological closet.

Paul did a very good job for me. Arrived the very next day after I called and determined if I would have any problem with reception. (I didn't.) He gave me a reasonable estimate and was able to get to my somewhat small job pretty quickly. He stuck around to help me setup a brand new Tivo unit and waited until it was all booted up and working. He was very efficient and knowledgeable. He said to make sure and get in touch with him if I did have any reception issues. I haven't had any problems at all! I would highly recommend.

They came over 2 days before to discuss what I wanted and were very professional. Wore covers over their shoes to protect my carpet. Verified everything was what I wanted before leaving. Highly recommend.

On the day of the installation, they were on time - installed all the receivers in a timely manner - and looked at our internet/phone connection (due to an unrelated issue). He sat down with me and my daughter and explained how the system worked. He was easy to understand and didn't make me feel intimidated by the technology. Fantastic service! After scheduling 3 different appointments with Direct TV over a one month period and then finally being told that it would be to difficult for them to install lines were we needed them, we were left with no TV service. Upon calling Down Right Satellite and explaining the situation to Paul the owner an appointment was scheduled. After looking throughout our home and thoroughly inspecting it was determined that the lines could be installed with a little work. Within a week of my first call our TV was set up.
