I've attempted to contact them for a quote in the past and never got a response. By some miracle someone in my neighborhood did hire them for some driveway work and they started with a jackhammer at 6:45 am on a Saturday. Not only is this a major nuisance to the entire neighborhood, but it's in clear violation of the city noise ordinance. If did this on my property I would fire them on the spot.

For someone who is semi-retired, he sure works a lot! And I cannot believe how hard he works and how quickly he completes the projects. He worked every day until the project was done - that included weekends. This is clearly back-breaking, strenuous work,but he does not seem to tire. When he dug up and widened the sidewalk, he saved chunks of sod and suggested that we could use them to fill in around the concrete, which we did. You'd never know the area was disrupted. As long as he continues to do concrete work, I won't hire anyone else for concrete projects.

I contacted them via their website and asked for an estimate, a return email or return call. A few days later, having heard nothing from them, I contacted them again. And again they did not even respond. If they had taken the time to reply saying that they were very busy at the moment etc I would have understood. Their lack of a response is very unprofessional.

Should be A++ !!!!! Dave Weber Concrete did an excellent job in R&R of our 50' driveway, 35' city side walk and an expanded front stoop. Their bid&estimate was accurate and detailed. Judy is busy but she will get back to you! Dave arrived early (630am) on scheduled day and had the job marked before we came out! He provided suggestions on the width and details on the CR regs. The entire job was done by 11 am ! The final cost was Substantially LOWER than the bid, even though more mud was poured than planned! All in all, this small Local Family company Rocks!

Dave did all but install her arbor, but said he will return next Sunday to install it if my sister can’t find someone to do it. One needs only to communicate specifics with Dave; if you aren’t happy--tell him and he will make it right within reason. It looks great

The work was professional and looked great when done. I've used Weber in the past and was just as happy then too.

Dave Weber Concrete's promptness stands out. I was disappointed that they did not do the back saw. They left nails all over the properties. I have renters that were actively there and a 10 year old has ash-burgers and he would need some plumbing to go outdoors therefore, they did and probably stepped on one of those nails that they left in the area. Their price was competitive. I would not use them again because of the nails in the yard and the fact that they did not back sawed. We have yet to do that basically because it's hot in Iowa at this time and we're not going to work outdoors if it's 100 degrees. We will wait until October to do this and will spread some grass.

They are backlogged until September. I had a friend that used them. I looked at their reviews. I was hoping that it would be a little bit less, but it sounds about right. I plan on using them.

Everything was great. From the estimate from Judy to the actual work being done. They started on a Friday morning and by 4 PM or so, had the retaining walls, patio, driveway and stoops done with the forms off and most expansion cuts made. The came back on Saturday morning and had the job finished in just a couple of hours. Very pleased with our new 14 X18' back patio and new front patio as well.

We called Weber Concrete to get an estimate and within a few days Judy returned our call and set a date to visit us. She gave us an estimate and answered our questions. Her husband and his crew did the driveway in about six hours. They were efficient, professional and very skilled. They cleaned up after finishing, returned a day later to cut the joints and left us with a beautiful driveway.

Weber arrived with a full crew on Thursday morning. They had the old drive Removed and new concrete poured by 4 pm. They regarded the area In front of the garage to provide better drainage. I couldn't be more pleased with the job !

Installation went supper smooth. Come 7am the street was lined up with trucks and equipmnet. Excavating, removal, forming, pouring and finishing with form removal, was complete by 12:30. They showed up the following day to cut the concrete to limit cracking. Not only do I like the driveway, walkway, and new sidewalk but I have received a good number of thump up. They truly do good work and do it your way as I wanted rebar and a full 5 inches of concrete. Thank You Dave Weber Concrete.

They did not notify me that they were coming on the day they did so by the time I got home they were already half done removing the old concrete. They were very reckless with the skid loader. They moved my back step away from the house and did not push it back before pouring the new concrete so I had a sizeable gap between my step and the house. They drove over my grassy area between the sidewalk and the street so much that I had to hire a landscaping company to come and level it and reseed the lawn. They informed me that they would not fix it because it was a hazard of the job. When giving me the estimate for the job he and I discussed that I would not have any repair needed for the lawn except for 3 inches or so next to the new concrete. They also removed a section that I did not want removed and then proceeded to put a 8 inch stoop out from my bottom step. I insisted that they remove the stoop but I had to hire someone else to come and repair that area. People driving in on my driveway would have hit the stoop with their car doors getting out of their cars. Mr Weber would not listen to me, he insisted on doing things his way. The new concrete driveway was at least 10 inches lower than my old driveway causing problems for me and my neighbor. I ended up spending an additional $1000.00 in total for repair work after he finished the job. A neighbor across the street that had contracted him for work cancelled after seeing the job he did for me. I would not hire them again!!

While they responded quickly to my request for a bid, that was the last I ever heard from them. They got me a bid within a couple days of my request, and another company did not. Their bid seemed reasonable, so I tried to get in touch with them to accept the bid and discuss timing. I called them regularly, leaving messages each time. After a couple weeks I finally had to give up and go find more companies to give me bids. Their bid was slightly lower (maybe they don't do the minimum charge that some others do?), but since they wouldn't answer or return my calls it didn't matter.

Excellent teamwork between Dave and Judy! Quality of work and professionalism were outstanding and price was very competitive. Outstanding value overall! I would definitely use Dave Weber Concrete again!
