+ -1 moreThey installed the water softener a year ago and I didn't have any need to call him back and that is a good thing. They were punctual when they came out. When we called them we had somebody out here right away and he assessed our needs as far as size of our house and number of people up here and that sort of thing. We reached an agreement and then they were out the next week and installed it. They were timely and efficient.
Description of Work: I used Culligan of Cedar Rapids to put a water softener.

+ -1 moreThey tweaked the water softener to see if it changes the taste of the water. I have to wait and flush the system and then I will know the results. They are good about coming out if they need to.
