+ -1 moreFirst date scheduled by them, not us, no show, no call, no text. We had to call them to find out the crew got redirected to fix another crew's screwup. They set a new date and same result. Finally showed up later that week. Crew was exceptionally good, cabinets are great. 98 year old house required custom sizes. Decided to add fake cabinet doors to finish one little section of wall and was quoted $1000 and given a timeframe. Called after the time came and went and found they had a really big job in another town and just blew us off. No apology or communication of any kind. Nice cabinets, poor communication and scheduling.

+ -1 moreExpected excellent customer service based on other reviews. Customer service was terrible. After three meetings, in between which the only communication came from us, we had no design whatsoever. Nothing. It was like the notes taken during our meetings were never used. We ultimately contacted Randy to let him know we would not be needing his services. It was an odd experience.
