Wendy has washed my windows for many years in two different homes. She and her husband generally work on the same window at the same time (she inside and he outside), which allows them to audit each others' work and immediately identify streaks, etc. Wendy cleans the window sills and the screens. The windows just sparkle when she leaves. She moves things that are in the way of the windows without complaint and puts everything back. She and her husband are friendly and courteous. They help me by pointing out things that might need to be repaired, because they see places I don't normally see.

They were very efficient, trustworthy and they did a good job. They did a great job. I use them at least twice a year. It was excellent service. It was painless and easy. I've never had an issue.

I received a bid within 48 hours of calling. I set up a day and time and A Clear Difference appeared when we agreed. I had some floor tilers and a piano tuner underfoot and this was taken in stride. While the job was originally expected to take more than one day, A Clear Difference finished in one day. The owner is friendly and easy to communicate with. She is in constant motion, but there is no wasted movement. The day was cloudy, so she invited me to call her back for any streaks that might be seen on a sunny day, at no charge.
