Description of Work: They were contracted through our roofer to redo the gutters, downspouts and leaf covers. The did a very good job, just could have cleaned up a tiny bit better

+ -1 moreI had my roof and gutters replaced at the same time, having received multiple estimates for each job. After selecting a roofer (who did not do gutters), I chose KD Gutters to perform the latter. I am glad I did, too. The gutters look great, and they were installed nicely under difficult circumstances. Indeed, KD came and did their job, working around the roofers, ensuring that all the cosmetic aspects of the job were done well. That aspect could have been coordinated a little better, but KD was a bit slow to reply to my calls that the roofers had started, etc. Also, one downspout was left off so the roofers could finish, as they agreed to put it on when they were finished. They did what they said (the roofers), but it turned out that the piece was too short. I contacted KD, sent a couple of pictures, and they fixed it soon thereafter. And other than a little bit of overlooked scrap, I thought the bid, the materials, the labor, and the final outcome were excellent. KD even lowered the price on some premium leaf guard products in order to seal the deal with payment in full on date of completion. I thought that was a nice touch.
Description of Work: All gutters were removed and new gutters installed.Estimate was detailed; various options (color, leaf guards) were explained during bid, and brochures sent with estimate.The owner, Kerri, did the bid and was mostly responsive (albeit busy) throughout the job.KD's crew came and worked well with other contractor (roofer).They were in and out in half a day, and everything ended up as well I had hoped.
