+ -1 moreHe was very professional, and detailed on what each thing would cost. I have no doubt his work is excellent. He showed up when he said he would, and called back when he said he would. Unfortunately his price came in too high, so we opted not to have the work done. If we had chosen to do the work, we would have used him, because it is extremely difficult to get anyone in Le Mars to show up when they say they will and do the work you ask them to do.
Description of Work: We had Rich out to quote us on replacing our basement stairs.
