Our motto is "Caring Customer Service Always!" We belong to 2 local multiple listing services to provide the best coverage possible for your search or sale. We also property manage almost 50 rental housing units in the Le Mars, IA area. Our office is conveniently located in downtown Le Mars, but our agents are also available nights and weekends to show or list property.

Description of Work: We used Linda Mayrose Realestate through a relocation company. She was extremely helpful in finding us a home and even saved us from a bad situation. She bonded with us and wanted the best for our 4 year old son. Couldn't even tell you how many homes we looked at. She spent many weekends looking with us"powershopping". She listened to us and understood our needs. We finally found our home in November 2011. We love it and want to thank her for being so patient with us. Would definitely recommend.
