Description of Work: I chose this plumber based on a review on this website... Big mistake. Apparently the review i read must have been posted by the owner, himself because my experience with him was just awful. Tom Beeks was scheduled to be at my house in the early afternoon for a minor plumbing issue. I gave him my address, and two phone numbers. I waited around all afternoon but he never showed up. I finally called him in the evening, it went straight to voicemail. I left message explaining that i would like him to call me back. He never did. Very unprofessional. The least he could have done was call me and tell me he couldn't make it.

+ -1 moreHe is a super nice guy. He cleans up after himself, including all the trash. He is empathetic to the fact that you need hot water, so he jumped right on it, and got our hot water heater installed. He left a new home he was working on to come take care of us. I was very happy with the price and the quality was excellent.
Description of Work: He installed a new water heater. I have used him in the past to put in a new heating and cooling system.
