Description of Work: called for an estimate and date for install of vinyl flooring. Got the estimate and was told an available date. Called back 2 minutes later to schedule and got voice mail. left message and never heard back. Very unprofessional.

 + -1 moreIt went pretty well, right up to the time that we found scratches from other contractors. We are still trying to sort that out, but Gray's came back and replaced the scratched floor, and cut us a good deal on the labor. We are still negotiating with the other contractors on the replacement pieces. Gray's is responsive and professional. I wish they worked during the week, too!
Description of Work: New flooring for dining room and kitchen. Then, a return to replace flooring scratched by other contractors.

 + -1 moreIt well very well. The work was completed on time and on budget, with minimal upset to the household. The company is very professional and very neat.
Description of Work: This company installed new flooring in my bedroom, hallway, and bathrooms. They coordinated with the designer, carpenter, painter and electrician.
