I can not comment on the quality of work because after one year of being on "the list", I gave up and found someone else. Communication during this time was virtually non-existent. There was never any pro-active communication on the part of Happy Trees. Every few months I would email and ask about status. Sometimes I would get a response after a week or two, sometimes all I would get is silence. The last time I contacted Happy Trees I was told end of May. Early June came so I called and left a message and almost immediately received a text asking to message via text. I asked about status and did not receive an answer. I had heard a lot of great things about Happy Trees which is why I stuck with them as long as I did. I would have appreciated being told much earlier in the process that they weren't serious about getting my business.

Excellent. They did far more than limb removal. Cleaned the tree of dead wood clear to the top. Removed the limbs cleanly and a fine job of clean up after. Will definitely call again if needed.

I use Happy Trees at all of my income properties as well as at my home. I have never had a problem with him and have noticed that several of my neighbors are now using him, too. I'm not surprised.

I had Sean out to trim some trees in my front yard. He was very knowledgable and explained to me what parts needed trimmed and why. He also advised me about my ash tree and the probability that it will have to go in years to come so I didn't want to over spend on the trimming. I have suggested Sean to many of my clients since as I am a Realtor. Highly recommended!
