HORRIBLE COMPANY!! My husband called to see about getting our garage door fixed. One of the springs was broken and the plan was to replace both springs. We don't use it as a garage, but just a storage shed. That was told to the person on the phone. Being a storage shed, it was full of stuff. Steve came out and looked at it. He said we needed some spring extenders and he would have to order them. In the meantime he disassembled the good spring so he wouldn't have to do it later. He specifically said he would be the one coming out to fix it and someone would call in a few days. After a week, my husband called to find out when someone would come out. The secretary said someone would call back. Brian called and told my husband no one would be coming out to fix anything. He said our garage was a "pig sty" and they refused to deal with us. My husband offered to clean it out. Most of it was big items, like our grill. He was super rude and said no one from their company would ever come back. When he was asked about the good spring that was removed, he said that was not going to be put back on. My husband told him we could not open the door because the spring was off. He said we didn't need to open it anyway. Then he made an excuse about not being able to get the parts anyway. I can't believe someone doing business with customers would be so rude! When my husband called back to talk to the secretary, she just said, "His bark is worse than his bite." This is the most unprofessional company I have ever tried to deal with!

I called after hours on a Wednesday and Hicklin was at my door the next morning at 8:00 a.m. Kenny quickly replaced my broken spring and was on his way. Fast, efficient and friendly service . . . kudos to Hicklin!

Replaced the Access Master garage door opener system. Service was tremendous. Adam not only installed the system we paid for, but did a quick check of our other door to make sure it worked correctly, tweaking a couple of things for free. I would highly recommend Amega!

Called on a Thursday to schedule service. They were able to come out the following Tuesday after a holiday weekend. I thought I just needed my garage door opener replaced, but when the technician arrived he found that a spring was broken. He suggested replacing both springs and the opener. He either had the springs in his truck or had them delivered on the spot. The whole installation took around two hours. They had the most reasonable prices.

We were very pleased with the service provided by Amega. The cost for the work came in at estimate (which was reasonable) and work was done on the schedule agreed to when we signed the agreement. The quality of the work was very good and everyone with the company was great to work with. When there was noise coming from one of the new openers (no fault of Amega), they were back the next day to replace it with a different head. We couldn't be happier with the new doors and openers and highly recommend Amega.

Amega provided timely response to request for an estimate. Installed the new door on date promised. Was ready and willing to replace a door panel that was scratched during installation. Can't say enough about how agreeable and accommodating everyone is in this organization, based on my experience. I'd recommend them without reservation - they go the extra mile to ensure satisfaction.

Showed up on time to do the measuring and estimate. We placed the order and expected to wait up to 3 weeks for the doors to come in, but they were in within 2 weeks. Amega called and set up the date to do the install. Removal of the old doors and installing the new doors, tracks and openers was done in one day by one guy. He did a great job. The doors seal tight and they are so quiet compared to our old doors. If I ever need garage doors again, I will call these guys.

Amega diagnosed the problem, offered a good solution and made it happen at a fair price. Didn't try to sell me a new opener, which I knew I didn't need. I was so confident in their assessment and approach that I didn't seek other estimates, so I'm not sure I got the absolute best price. However, I am completely satisfied with the work and the employees who served us. Quick response to my initial call. Great follow-through. Punctual and professional.

We just used them once. The door had an adjustment problem with one side being lower than the other. I was very pleased that they spent the time to get it to work correctly.
