well for starters on the phone they are very pushey. it was work that needed done right away they told me one price over the phone and from all my other quotes was rather high. they said they could show up at my house the next day everyone else was almost a month out so i said ok. the guys showed up two days after they were supose to tracked up my house with out offering to clean it up.. its the thought that counts. .. when spraying they told me at the beganing that they would prep everything and for me not to worry about a thing. they got the spray foam all over my carpet filled my heat vents with the stuff as well.. the place was a mess when they were done. after they were done the guy handed me a bill for a thousand over the orgianl price.quoted. and now im still fighting with these people about my damages and the extreamly high bill
