Description of Work: Basement bathroom and egress window. | |There was a lot of miscommunication with the subcontractors that we as homeowners had to mediate. We originally chose Dave because he could work within our tight timeframe, but found out last minute that they couldn't do the work. We had to move a mountain to get them to meet their original commitment.
