Three employees. Very limited subcontracting - handle all in house. Smaller jobs - half down on signing and balance due on completion. Larger jobs have progressive billing. Payment is due upon receipt of invoice.

We handle all aspects of home construction and remodel including concrete, framing, siding, soffit and facia, windows and doors, roofing, drywall, painting, all aspects of millwork and trim, kitchens, baths and flooring. We prioritize proper construction techniques and final appearance of completed project is very important.

Services we don't offer

We do not do electrical, heating, cooling or plumbing. (note - we do have subcontractors that we do work with if the customer does not have anyone that they work with),

The work is still going on but we hope that it will be done by the end of the week.
Description of Work: He has helped us with opening up a wall. Hopefully, by the end of the week we will be done with the kitchen. He has put in beams for an open floor plan.
