Description of Work: One person washed all of the windows inside. |Another person used a hose to spray the outside windows with a special treatment. This treatment was wonderful because my windows did not spot all winter long. It is March and they are still spot-free on the outside. Unbelievable! I highly recommend them and will definitely use them again.

Description of Work: They cleaned our windows using their scraper system, both inside and out. They removed the screens, too, and replaced them. The windows were left spotlessly clean. They worked quickly and efficiently. We were very happy with their work. I would use them again, but we have moved.

Description of Work: Washed all windows as advertised, including door transom. Very friendly and quick, relatively on time. Downsides - 2-3 of windows still wet when they left, but I squeegeed those again and they all looked fine, found 1 window unlocked after they left.

+ 1 moreThe gutters on my ranch style home needed to be cleaned and flushed, and I wanted gutter guards installed to keep leaves and twigs out of the open gutters. Keith was exceptionally helpful in showing me samples of gutter protection covers, in several grades. I decided on the top grade. He cleaned the gutters and downspouts, and did some minor repairs (sealing a hole and repairing a bent corner on the gutter), and installed the gutter covers. I also had him power wash and apply sealant to my cedar deck. I was very impressed with the work. It was done in a reasonable time. Keith took the time and effort to make sure that the existing gutters were in good shape and ready to take the installation. Everything was done while I was at work, and the area was completely cleaned up. During the work, he found that some gutter spikes needed to be replaced, and did so. Keith offered to absorb the (minor) cost, but I chose to pay in full.
Description of Work: Clean gutters and downspouts, install gutter covers. Power wash and seal cedar deck.

+ -1 moreThe final cost of the service was significantly higher from the telephone quote. They charge extra for every little extra service. The upchages are significant. For example, removing hard water stains was an extra fee not explained in the original estimate. Want the window sills cleaned...extra. Want the screens cleaned...extra. They did not clean some of the windows that we agreed they would clean. Many (Not just a few...MANY) of the windows had streaks left on them. There was never an effort to conduct a follow up/quality check. They were prompt, friendly, but the quality was very disappointing. Keep shopping.

+ -1 moreThey did an excellent job. The windows were spotless when they finished, no streaks. They have only been in our area for a few months, but were very experienced and professional. They gave us a written estimate, which was actually a little more than the final bill, adjusting it for work actually done. They used the WindowGenie method of scraping first, then wetting and squeegeeing. They came when they said they would and were finished in about 3-4 hours. Two men worked part of the time, with one staying longer to finish the job. They were very efficient in their work, and were very careful to keep the work area clean. They needed needed tall ladders inside the house for a two-story tall area and were very careful positioning and carrying them. Outside, the back of our house is really 3 stories high, but they had no problem. We would definitely have them come again.
