Description of Work: Exterior windows washed. Had some trouble scheduling. Also, the contact person gave the worker incorrect street address for our house. After we saw the truck go by we called the contact person, who at first couldn’t figure out where the worker was. After he read off our address from his paperwork, we realized he had transposed two digits of our house number. Luckily, the worker was reachable by cell phone and arrived shortly thereafter. Windows were cleaned reasonably well. I had to call to confirm the appointment, even though they said they’d call me the day before. The worker who did the windows was wonderful The contact person who organized the appointment seemed a little disorganized, and had trouble with scheduling. I would hire them again, but only at the sale price.
