 + -1 moreContractor was punctual and professional. Had great attention to detail. I was convinced he and his crew would do a very good job if hired. His price was well above another bid I ultimately accepted for another contractor using the same materials. His wait time to start the job was also much longer, which I took to be a sign that his work is very highly regarded by others. The only reason I didn't rate overall experience higher is that I couldn't afford the price he bid.
Description of Work: Contractor showed up on whole-house siding job. He provided samples and photos and gave thorough explanation of what they would do if hired. He then got a bid to me in a very reasonable amount of time. The bid amount above may not be completely accurate because I am entering it from memory.

 + 5 moreI have literally no complaints. Communication, which is key, was excellent and was surpassed only by the quality of the work. Additionally, all employees I dealt with were friendly, respectfully, and obviously cared about our project.
Description of Work: They provided general contractor services for an addition to our house, including but not limited to demolition, 800+ square feet of finished living space, and 400+ square feet of new garage. The addition includes a great room and a master bedroom suite.

 + 0 moreDon't remember exact completion date, but was completed in specified time frame. GT was great to work with. If we had a problem, he addressed it immediately. The workers were conscientious and nice guys. We have a corner lot and have many people stop to comment on the deck. We're very happy with the screened in porch and the work that Sueppels did. We would recommend them without reservation.
