I've had him out several times. I have some ice dams on the roof. He has been very responsive. The one time he told me when there is ice he gets really busy. There was one time that I called him at 3 in the afternoon and I had ice dripping in the house, he told me he would be there that night. He didn't get there until the next morning so he wouldn't charge me for going up on the roof to fix it. It was right before Christmas and he said, we've just been really busy. We have been trying to redo the roof in section as we can afford it and he has no problem with it. I have recommended him to several people. The first time I used him I had to replace part of the work and also some of the wood under the shingles had to be replaced because a limb from a tree had crashed on to it. It split the wood and started leaking and all that. I got bids from a bunch of people. He wasn't the lowest but he was maybe the second lowest. He told me he was busy but he could come and do it in 3 weeks and in 3 weeks he was out doing it.
Description of Work: I last used Roof Rider to have the shingles on the porch redone about last spring.
