Estate Preparation. I will provide a comprehensive course of action to prepare your property for the market and carry out whatever part of this plan you wish me to. I have a team of professionals to execute the proposed plan. My goal is to make this transition less stressful for you and to facilitate the successful marketing of the property.

Services we offer

A market analysis will be provided, at no charge, by a Professional Real Estate Broker. We tour the property, make a list of recommended repairs and/or improvements, get bids and I discuss the costs with you. Other services provided, but not limited to, include sorting, organizing, and delivering items for consignment or donation.

Services we don't offer

I do not deliver large items but I do arrange for transport.

It is a pleasure to recommend JEANETTE FARWELL, who we worked with as a Real Estate Facilitator in the sale of a home in Iowa City. Jeanette helped us with a number of services including a marketing analysis, organizing, sorting, cleaning, staging the interior of the home, and assisting with landscaping to optimize curb appeal. Jeanette Farwell is a delightful person to work with and we highly recommend her services. Jeanette is professional, organized, knowledgeable and hard working. She demonstrated her exemplary skills in all aspects of her work with us, but most remarkable is the way she staged the home for showings. With Jeanette’s help the home showed beautifully. Jeanette also worked with us during the term of the house listing to assure the home was always ready for a showing. Jeanette is a delightful person to work with and we benefitted from her experience and knowledge. We highly recommend Jeanette Farwell and the many services she provides.

Excellent outcome; couldn't be more satisfied. Jeanette is the total package from start to finish.....you can not find a better resource to help you get your house ready to sell. You will feel comfortable and confident in Jeanette's knowledge, skill and ability. Her rates are very reasonable. She listens to your thoughts/opinions on everything she is doing or suggests doing. Takes the burden/stress off of you so you can relax and feel comfortable that she will get done what you want done to your satisfaction. Gives you piece of mind.

She has a comprehensive knowledge of the real estate field and an amazing attention to detail. Her performance was very professional throughout the process. She communicates extremely well between homeowner and service providers. With her experience of 15 years in the real estate field and 2 years as a facilitator, I would recommend her to anyone looking to sell a house. She was very responsive to all our requests.
