I am still in shock. We paid Justin in cash. $500.00. When I saw his work, I asked my husband when he was to return to finish. He said, "He's done." My contractor that was there doing another project, looked at the bedroom and said it would be nice when it was finished. Unfortunately, it was finished. I don't even know where to begin. Streaks showing through irregular brush strokes. Drips on to baseboard. Justin lied to us and said he had applied three coats of paint, but obviously he had not. My husband and I spent many hours over the weekend completely starting over and re-painting the job. Justin did not return our calls or hold himself accountable for the atrocious work he performed. It was obvious he wanted quick cash. He did not honour my concerns what so ever and lied to us over various things. I am left with the feeling that Justin needed fast cash and didn't invest himself professionally in the work. Not his house, doesn't care. I trusted him and feel deceived. PLEASE do yourself a favour and do not let this person touch any wall in your home unless you are prepared to redo the entire project yourself at your expense or hire a real professional. This is the worst work I have ever seen. He did nothing to make retribution. He did not apologize. He lied and said my husband approved of his work upon completion of the project. My husband paid him cash in the parking lot and did not get the opportunity to have an inspection. He did nothing with the trim work and said that he "doesn't do trim work. No one does." Except that he did not mention that during our initial interview. I rue the day I met this thief and unfortunately, it makes me question Angie's list and all people that profess themselves professional. When I can do a better job than the professionals, you know they are suspect. BEWARE of Justin Nolting!!!!

It took several contacts with the owner/manager to get my appointment scheduled, but once it was scheduled, the guys showed up on time and did the job. I'd asked them to remove the few old gutter guards that were left up there, and they did. They left the 5 or 6 guards in a pile, along with all of their equipment, by the side of my house when they were finished, and told me that their boss would be coming by to pick it all up. Later on, I saw that the equipment was gone, but not the guards. It wasn't a big deal to throw them out myself, but it was annoying since I thought they were disposing of them for me. About 3-4 weeks after the cleaning, there was a big rainstorm. I looked outside my window to see one of my downspouts overflowing with such force that water was spraying everywhere and the area in front of my house was flooded -- the whole reason we get our gutters cleaned is to prevent this exact situation. I called the owner/manager right away and he agreed to come the next day to check it out. He did show up as planned, but his handling of the situation left much to be desired. My downspout connects to a 6and quot; PVC pipe which extends about 10 feet out into the yard. This guy immediately blamed the clog on the PVC pipe and insisted that the gutters and downspouts were all clear. I pointed out that the gutter and downspout in question, are connected to the PVC pipe, and they are only and quot;clearand quot; if the water can make it all the way out. He said that their work does not include anything beyond the downspout (shouldn't this have been explained to me, if it were their policy?). I said, OK, but when you cleaned the gutters, you washed all of the debris down into the PVC pipe and clogged it up - isn't that your responsibility? He said No. I thought the reasoning was pretty logical and clear - this pipe was not clogged, then they cleaned the gutters and washed the debris down through the pipe, and now it is clogged. If they had disconnected the downspout from the drain pipe to do their cleaning, he would have had a better argument - but they did not. He said that in the time since the gutter cleaning, there must have been enough sticks and leaves washing down from the gutters that the pipe became clogged. He blamed the wind, he blamed roots in the pipe (no roots around). I have never had any such trouble with this, and would normally have continued to talk it through with the contractor - but this person was non-responsive from this point on. He replied to everything I said with, and quot;it's not our responsibilityand quot;. Once I accepted that he was not going to take any responsibility, I thought perhaps, in the spirit of goodwill and good customer service, he would offer some sort of compromise for getting the clog cleared out - maybe share in the cost or offer me a discount for them to do it. No such offer or suggestion was made. It was the lack of professionalism that left such a bad taste in my mouth with these guys. I have told my friends, and would recommend people go with someone else. A more established company, perhaps, with more motivation to provide a good and thorough service, and keep their customers happy. I will never call them again - plenty of others out there to do the same job and do it better.

I used Primetime painting

Mindy, the wife of the contractor, helped with the color selection. They powered washed the house and applied 2 coats of paint the satin sheen didn't look right because of the dark color. They applied a flat paint and it looked great. No complaining or charge for the extra coat. We changed the color on the shutters and no complaints. Everything was picked up when they were done for the day. Very happy with their work.

He was nice and prompt and right on estimate would use him again.

Excellant. Lee was in and out in less time than it would have taken me to set up the ladder. Very good job, no mess left, and for a fraction of the price I would have expected. I look forward to having painting done in the Spring.

The entire experience was professionally handled. Lee is very courteous and pleasant. He offered advice when asked and was mindful of the other people in the house.

I requested a quote online and heard back promptly. I was very impressed with the pricing, promptness, and service. I highly recommend this business for gutter cleaning, and I would not hesitate to hire them for any work on my home.

We were very happy with the finished product!We found a "green" deck stain that was water based with great reviews and Lee did the research and was happy to use the product. The guys were very friendly, professional and did a great job. Be sure you are very clear about what you want and Lee is happy to give you what you want!

Lee and Mindy had great input on colors.Lee's crew did all the prep work. put on 2 coats, cleaned all wood trim after painting.We had chose a light yellow paint for the bathroom. After 3 coats we changed our mind and adjusted the color. They put on 2 coats of the new color with a smile on their face. Very Very Very nice people to work with. Lee is committed to delivering on the "Customer Service" aspect of his profession.I am a 62 year old man and I am very seldom impressed. But, I am pleased to say that I was IMPRESSED - VERY IMPRESSED with Lee and his crew at Primetime Painting.

They do an excellent job. They are punctual and they do really good work. They get their work done and they don't mess around. We are very happy with them. I don't know for sure how much they charged, my wife took care of that, so I'm not sure exactly what she spent. In terms of price, probably they are a little bit expensive but they are worth it. I would definitely use their services again in the future.

I had Lee help me get my house sold by powerwashing and staining my deck and painting some rooms inside my house. When he was working on the deck, I didn't even ask him too, but he powerwashed and cleaned up the sidewalk and side of the house to make it look nice. He was very professional and responsive to my many emails and questions. His wife, who is a designer, helped me with colors and sent me photos with how the interior would look. He was always on time, did a wonderful job and I felt comfortable with him in my home. I would certainly recommend him!

Finished quickly. Pleased with some rooms, Some could have been a neater painting job.

Overall my experience with them was good but limited to a phone call for an estimate.

Lee and Mindy are very professional yet have that small town friendly attitude. They were wonderful to work with and left no mess or trace that they were ever here with the exception of leaving a wonderful paint job. We were very pleased with them and their promptness, reliability, professionalism and low cost. Once we are finished with remodeling, we will again have them back for more painting. We highly recommend their services.

Lee was very professional and easy to work with. He gave me a reasonable estimate, emailed it to me, arrived on time to paint the apartment, and did a quality job in one day even though it meant staying until 10:30 pm to finish. I will definitely work with him again in the future!

I contacted Lee by telephone. He came over that night to look at the job. He arrived on time, emailed me an estimate that same night. I agreed to his estimate and he performed the painting 2 days later. He was on time, did a great job, cleaned up everything perfectly and was priced very fairly. Very professional young guy that is building his own business after working in the family painting business for several years.
