+ -1 moreThe work is structurally sound and the posts are protected from rotting, which is the most important part. However, the concrete extensions on the footings don?t line up very well with the posts and are different heights, which are esthetic issues. They were able to do the job in a timely fashion.
Description of Work: The contractor replaced 11 rotted 6"x6" x 9 foot cedar posts that hold up our deck. They also extended the post concrete footings above grade.
