Kondora Plumbing & Heating

HORRIBLE!!! BEWARE!!!! These guys did NOT work under a permit, were completely unprofessional, combative, etc. Their work was sloppy and all needs to be redone. They left the job and the hole by the water mains duct taped up and froze all of the water mains. If this wasn't bad enough, they came onto the property WITHOUT permission to cover up their sloppy job that was not and is not to code!!! We will see them in court!!!

We initially called for a quote and the guy answering the phones said they were pretty busy with their contract work but were able to get someone out for a quote within a week. I think his name was Chris-- he was very professional, on time and was able to answer all our questions and sounded like the quote would be very reasonable. He said he's get back to us the following week. After a week had passed we hadn't heard back from them yet so we gave them a call. The same guy answering the phones said that Chris was on vacation but they had discussed our work and "decided to pass" on coming down and doing the work since they were so busy. I was a bit frustrated with this-- he said he'd heard we had 2-3 other plumbers out for quotes and we could take one of their best offers instead (in reality, we'd had only 1 other come out and Kondora's sounded like the better price). My sister ended up calling them back the next day to see if we could at least get the quote for price comparison and from what I heard after, I guess not. She said the guy on the phone pretty much said they were commercial contractors mostly and it was really busy right now. I'm unsure why we couldn't at least get a quote-- and I had told him previously that the work wasn't immediate and we'd have been willing to wait a month or so if that's how long it took. Overall- not too happy with their lack of customer satisfaction policy. It seems a business would want to try making money not chase off customers & I'm pretty annoyed that they'd even have someone come out for a quote if they don't do residential work.

They were excellent people. They were fast. It was an excellent service. Their prices were fair and reasonable. They came and did the work. They cleaned up. I would use them in the future.
