Jeff always responds the minute you call him, and will arrive the same day, usually within 90 minutes. He has even made a service call for us on a Sunday afternoon. Our basement drain backs up because of a tree root in the drain. Jeff has always been able to clear the clog, usually within an hour. We've tried products that he advised us to use and they work until so much debris wraps around the tree root that we need to call him again. He has removed clogs in our kitchen, installed a new garbage disposal and a new kitchen faucet. He even advised us on which toilet tissue to use to help prevent clogs. We never hesitate to call Jeff, and he's the only one we do call. I can't say enough good things about Jeff and his crew.
