Bill and Eric Frantz have over 45 years of new home construction, remodeling and inspection experience in South East Iowa and specializing in the greater Iowa City area. Having constructed over 500 homes, we “talk house”. At Frantz Home Inspections we adhere to an elite Standards of Practice. The American Society of Home Inspectors (ASHI) Standard of Practice and Code of Ethics is the industry leader, has the highest entry level requirements and has been around since 1976. Our training at American Home Inspectors Training (AHIT) and many years as home builders allow us to bring that experience and expertise to each inspection that we perform.
