I is insisting I fill this in but no one called us. So how did it go. Glad the water wasn't rising just can't use my washer or dishwasher. Thanks for nothing. Fix your contact info.

The visit itself went well. We moved into our house April 1st, April 2nd one of many problems we discovered was a backed up sewer drain and a leaking faucet in the kitchen. My husband called Drain-Rite at around 9:30-10 pm Wednesday April 2nd and left a message asking for them to call back as soon as possible and that he understood it was a late call. (Their website states 24 hours 7 days a week service.) We had not heard back from them by 10 am the next morning, Thursday April 3rd so he called again and this time got an answer. He was told they'd been having voice mail issues and that they could send someone out the next day. He arrived around 9 am and was on time, very clean service and professional. He said our cast iron pipes had tree roots growing (the house had been empty for at least 8 months and the house is old as well) through them and that he was able to clear them out fairly easily. He recommended cleaning up some of the excess piping in the utility room to help with the water flow and we also asked him to take a look at the leaky faucet in the kitchen. He said he could attempt to repair it but because of the age if something were to happen without a replacement faucet we'd have to run out and buy one. We decided to just have him come back and replace it with a new one when he came back to fix the pipe mess in the utility room. He was scheduled to be here today April 11th at 9 am. My husband was off work today and home and had left a note on the door letting the guy know he was in the back yard and to come in. My husband saw the van pull away and when he went to check on the note he said the door had popped open and the note had fallen off the door. When he tried calling Drain Rite, the phone is disconnected. We have tried calling all day and no luck. The website has not been updated and we had no communication from their side in any way about the 'missed' appointment. We are very disappointed as we had really liked the pricing and service we had already received. We would be willing to work with them again if they get their phone issues and communication issues resolved. We are currently looking for a new plumbing service otherwise. The fee is very approximate as we are having trouble remembering the exact charge amount at the moment.

He showed up quickly and was professional. The cleanout had not been opened for many years and he was able to get it open and clean it out. He had the equipment to do the job and keep our carpet clean. I would use this business again.

He was very prompt when he said he would come. He took a look at it and then asked for a sack to put the stuff from the drain in. I went to my daughter's room to put away some clothes and before I was even done he told me he had pulled out a lot of hair from deep down in the drain. I asked him if there was anything we could do to catch the hair and he suggested a hair catcher but that would require us taking out our pop up drain plug every time. He didn't really have another suggestion for me.

It went very well, and will call again for their services.

I called them at 7:30 am and they were able to get out and finished before 9am. Initially it was going to be 1pm the same day, but they had a cancellation. Either way, that was faster than expected. When we came home, the bathroom was no longer filled with nasty, nasty water and the toilet worked. They called me to let me know the new time before they started, and they called again to let me know they were done and what had caused the blockage. So great communication with the customer. The price was a bit of a surprise. I was expecting more for labor. Especially considering we're talking about toilet and sewer water. Not only would I definitely use them again, I plan on it calling them out for preventative checkups on outside lines before winter.

We have used them many times and they are very good and very reasonably priced. Often, per visit is less than a $100. The service he provides is excellent and he does a great job.

Mike has been our primary plumber for several years. He and his staff have serviced/repaired/replaced our drains, sewer line, toilets, and fixtures, and they have also performed various services for our commercial properties. All work has been flawless. They are prompt, courteous, professional, flexible, and honest. I recommend them without reservation.

On December 18, we were set to host a gathering at our house. The party was supposed to start at 6. About 4, I went downstairs to get something. As I went into the basement, I noticed a very large puddle of water in the basement floor. I told my wife, and she immediately called Drain Rite. We had used them previously to unclog our garbage disposal, and she had been very happy with how responsive they were and she felt their price was very reasonable. They arrived at the house within 30 minutes of our call. The technician was polite and got right to work. He took the time to auger out the main sewage line (turns out a tree root had grown into it) and was able to finish up in about an hour. Needless to say, we were very thankful that they were so responsive. Thanks to their prompt attention, we were able to get the drain augered and they were gone before the guests started to arrive. We ended up paying about $125, but it was worth it for that kind of immediate service! Thanks, Drain Rite!

Right on time and did an excellent job. Waited a few days before writing this review to make sure all was working properly and it is. Price was fair and reasonable. Overall very satisfied.

They did a great job. We have rental properties, and they are always very reliable and responsive. They are also reasonably priced, and always take great care of us.

Drain Rite offers a 1 year guarantee on their drain clearing. They even write it on the sticker that they place over the drain. When our drain backed up again within the year, they said the backup was from a clog other than the original clog; though it was the same drain, they didn't honor the guarantee. They may be right about the different source (no way for me to know), but this caveat ought to be made clear at the time the warranty is offered. They charged me over $300 to video the drain and unclog it again. A worker did spend a good amount of time unclogging the drain, but a consumer expects the guarantee to be solid, not dependent on unspecified caveats like this one.

They did a good job. They got here on time and did the job and left. They were very good. The price was fair and reasonable for the work they did.
