The responded on Saturday am after I tried others Friday evening with no luck. They did not have anyone they could send on the w/e but they guaranteed me an apt first thing Monday am. they came on time, the identified the problem quickly- simple fuse replacement needed. The validated the system was working , gave me a spare fuse and billed me later. Professional, courteous and quick.

Ryan and Allen were great. They showed up on time and were very efficient. They were friendly and polite and very careful to remove their shoes when they came in and out of my home. They are a couple of honest hard working guys and I will absolutely use them for any future services I need, The price I paid was very reasonable. I highly recommend them!

Ryan started off by answering all my questions when I first contacted him. He was patient with my many emails and changes. (I sent him a lot of email!) He never once sounded like I was a bother to be asking so many things. I had secured 5 different bids on this job. While this company did not have the least expensive bid, they had the very 'best' bid. By the 'best' bid, I mean it was just a few hundred dollars more than two other companies who had bids for cooling only on inferior systems from what I wanted. Custom Climate's system had the brand I wanted and it even included heat for the same price. One bid I received was from a company also here on Angie's List. That company would not tell me the brand of unit the bid was for or how many BTU's of cooling I would receive without first signing a contract with them. Who would sign anything without having full knowledge of what they were agreeing to pay for? I knew exactly what I was getting with Custom Climates and Ryan Langstraat's bid. I knew I was being quoted for the Mitsubishi system I wanted. That was the brand I wanted and knew the most about. And though I was only looking for cooling, it cost me nothing more to have a heat and cool system installed. (The other two contending bidders only bid for cooling and overall would have been much less value for my money.) Another important point I would like to make is that It is rare these days that you feel truly valued as a customer. So many people are on the take and only care about their time and money... not yours. Ryan Langstraat made me feel valued as a customer. He went above and beyond to please me. He took the time to walk me through how everything works, added wall holders for the remote controls for each room and despite my concerns about switching to a mini-split system to cool only those rooms I am using at any given time... I am so VERY impressed with how this system operates... quickly and quietly. I am having Custom Climates install another system for the other side of my home. I cannot say enough good things about the quality of workmanship, the product and most of all... Ryan Langstraat for his excellent work ethic and clear, calm and patient demeanor. You really won't do any better with anyone else. I have been flipping houses and have worked with all kinds of people over the past 40+ years in my real estate endeavors/investments. It is really rare to find quality people in any field these days. And we all need to save money. The upfront investment will be recouped quickly with the money you will save with a mini-split system over a standard HVAC system.

Custom climates is very responsive to their customers and quality of work is top notch and are very conscientious about how and where things are placed and laid out . They are very professional in every aspect of their business. They are to only company that is allowed in my house without my supervision and have had zero issues. They lay out painting tarps over the flooring and clean up after completing their work., don't even know they were in your house. These are the only guys that I will ever have work on or install HVAC equipment in my home.

Ryan and Al did incredible work. I couldn't be happier. The air conditioner works amazingly. Their work was neat and clean. They left my house cleaner than it was before they arrived! They were also very considerate of my rambunctious dog and three noisy children. I highly recommend Custom Climates.
