Excellent, they arrived on time, and after looking at the inside of the fireplace told us they could do the needed repair for much less than originally estimated. They could have charged me the original price and I would have been totally unaware. These young people are professional firefighters who do fire safety work in addition to regular duties. Strongly recommend them.

Very professional group. Our young man was a local firefighter who knew his business. He had originally looked at our old fireplace and discussed needing to replace part of the interior to totally insulate the back of the firebox. He had quoted materials and labor of just over $200. When he examined the box, he was able to do some adapting of existing blocks and charged me a minor service charge. He could easily told me anything, charged me over $200, and I would have not known the difference. These are public servants earning extra income. He was prompt, friendly, very clean working in an old fireplace, and right on ethical an honest.

I have been extremely satisfied with the work completed by Crow's. The first time (10+ years ago) until the most recent service, I could not ask for better results. There is never any indication of ash or soot around the fireplace or anywhere in the house. I recommend this business without any hesitation!

He arrived at the time he specified; put down a tarp; cleaned the chimney; cleaned the firebox; shoveled out the big residue; and used a very powerful vacuum to complete the job. Entire job took about 20 minutes. Very professional, friendly, and efficient.
