Recommending Pat Coyle of Coyle's Plumbing. Responsive & efficient. We had a slight emergency and he worked us into his busy schedule. The other Iowa City area plumbing services said they were too busy and couldn't commit to working us in. Thanks Pat.

Due to the derecho and a busy schedule, Pat could not come over and fix our problem in the time we needed the repair. However, he gave advise over the phone which allowed my husband and son to repair the trickiest part of the problem. If we have any future plumbing problems, he is the person we will call.

Pat has been my plumber for over 20 years. He always charges me a fair price and NEVER tries to get me to buy unnecessary products or services. I totally trust his independent company and his plumbing services. Another thing, he always explains things to me in a manner I can understand.

Scheduling was somewhat difficult. He called a few times to tell me he wasn't sure when he could make it to my place before we could schedule the first appointment. We made an appointment for one day and he cancelled that appointment just a couple of hours before he was supposed to come, due to having another emergency repair job elsewhere. Then we re-scheduled and he kept the second appointment. Once he got there, he worked hard, was very pleasant and professional, and honest about the difficult realities of living somewhere with very hard water. I was pleased with his work and the price was good. I will hire him again if I need something else.

He returned my call the same day and we made arrangements for the following day, which he was able to accomodate my schedule.

They are professional and their pricing is really good compared to everyone else. They brought their guys who were on time when they said they would be; I think they were even early one day. They were referred to me by another plumber in town.
