Services were performed on a bi-weekly basis. They were very timely but the quality of service varied. Floors were swept but not mopped. Basic services were completed but the quality was low.

Two of them showed up. One did up stairs and one did downstairs. They worked hard and didn't mess around. There was some confusion about the over the phone estimate, The bill came and was alot higher than I was expecting. They get paided for travel time and apparently I may have kept them longer? First time clean is supposedly higher regular cleaning is lower I am told.

I started using Connie's White Glove Cleaning a few years ago. She came out and gave me a free estimate for the first cleaning which is generally more expensive (to clean up your past grime crime!). After the first cleaning, she gave me a cost for subsequent cleanings. She's very flexible about whether they come weekly, biweekly, monthly etc. Because they are based in Iowa City and I am in West Branch I do have to pay for their transportation which makes it a little more expensive than I'd like for the work that they do. Also one of the girls I believe is a smoker which leaves a slight odor (but it's gone within a few hours). Small negatives, there are so many positives, let me list them. I sometimes have to cancel when I travel for business. She is always very flexible in cancelling or helping me schedule a different time. The girls come at roughly the same time every 2 weeks. They have never broken or damaged anything. We have never discovered anything "missing". They are always polite and professional. They bring all their own cleaning supplies so I don't have to worry about anything. They return phone calls in a timely manner every time. I noticed their vacuum cleaner does a better job than mine. It leaves my carpet fluffier. They do a really nice job. I've used this service for a few years now and I'm very satisfied.
