Description of Work: I have them here once every 6 months or so to auger my sewer main due to tree roots. they have to maneuver a wheeled machine up and down my basement stairs. I have used their service for years now.

Description of Work: Cleared five drains (in two bathrooms and in the basement). Took a LOT of time because my house's plumbing is mostly in a slab (instead of running through basement or crawl space) and it's oddly configured. (For example, the auger snake went up the vent instead of down, and the worker had to try three different ways to access the blockage. The serviceman worked the entire time he was there, over four hours without a break. He did excellent cleanup too.

 + -1 moreAfter a different plumber tried and failed to fix our backed up kitchen sink, he recommended City Sewer Services. Joel was punctual, friendly, and courteous. He was careful while he was working. He didn't make much of a mess, and cleaned up what little there was. I'm so happy to have a functional kitchen again.
Description of Work: We have an old sink that clogs in a bad way every few years. These guys got it flowing again.

Description of Work: City Sewer responded promptly when contacted after 10pm on a Sunday night. Our sump pump had broken and water was pouring into the basement. City Sewer headed right over with a new pump and installed it. The company even had the foresight to stock up on sump pumps during that day, anticipating there might be extra demand that evening.
