Here are the facts: On at least 3 separate occasions, I have requested that Brandt "please" place me on a scheduled maintenance/service plan so I don't have to worry about remembering to call and schedule it with them. The office staff I spoke to were short and rude about servicing the existing units and scheduling the service. "Doug", the Tech that performed the service both times, assured me that he would have "CJ" (I believe) the service manager contact me regarding my request. Didn't happen. Three strikes and you're out Brandt.

I have used Brandt for 26 years in two houses. I have found them to be consistently responsive, honest and knowledgeable. They are great to work with and reasonably priced. I can't give price on any particular job because there have been so many over the years, but I definitely recommend them. I'm sorry that a couple of people have had such a different and negative experience. My experience has been great literally EVERY TIME.

The worst experience I've ever had

It's routine; they come twice a year. I've been using them for forty years.

They were great. Their pricing was the best. They were fast and they were actually honest. They told me the right size I needed so I didn't have to go with a bigger unit. I appreciated their honesty. They weren't out to make more money. When there were problems later with the furnace, they came out and fixed it right away.

They were very professional. I would use them again if needed.

I felt that they were kind of trying to make up reasons why things were happening I didn't really think that they knew for sure or just trying to tell me something to tell me something rather than saying they didn't know. They did fix the problem.

I was told that Brandt is one of the only providers in the area who will look at gas fireplaces, so I felt that I pretty much had to use them to address this issue. Scheduling was difficult. When I called to schedule an appointment, the receptionist told me that there was no way to know which date he would be able to come to my home to perform the work. If I don't know what date he is coming, that makes it very hard and stressful for me to juggle my plans and be able to get a day off work to be home for this service. This is why I am giving a "C" for Responsiveness and a "B" for Overall. I told the receptionist my preferred date (which she seemed somewhat annoyed by), planned around that, and as it turned out he was able to come on that date. He called me the evening before to confirm he would be able to come on that date. He arrived maybe twenty minutes earlier than expected, which wasgreat. Once he got there he worked hard and did a great job cleaning the fireplace. My fireplace hadn't been cleaned properly in years and was super gross, but he was a professional about it. He gave good advice about how I could clean it myself in the future with a vacuum brush attachment and special cleaners for fireplace glass. In the end he did a great job, but I don't think I would use them again as scheduling was too stressful.

They arrived for the appointment on time. The service person had been here before and so knew where everything was so it went very smoothly We have been using them for over 20 years and have had nothing but very positive experiences.

Great service start to finish. They called me back when they said they would, sent a service man ASAP first thing the next day, he arrived 2 minutes early, and was the consummate professional. We looked at the furnace together and he explained what he was seeing and thinking as we went. He offered options as they emerged and shared his past experiences with similar situations and opinion when I asked. I trusted the man I worked with and felt like I had all the information I needed to make a decision on how to go forward. In the end I choose to rehabilitated a 40 year old furnace that I frankly guessed was on it's last legs. I never felt pressured to spend more then necessary. In fact, he seemed to take pride in doing the job well and at the least expense to me. As far as the cost goes it seemed fair to me. The fan motor was the initial problem and it was replaced with new. With my approval he up-dated several other aging components, the high dollar filter was changed, and he cleaned the unit thoroughly. It had been 5+ years since it was serviced and it is now in top condition. We all are looking for a business we can trust and I believe I have found one here. I won't bother looking further in the future. This is a good, local, family business with a long history in the area. They take pride in their work and name, and that's as good as it gets.

When Tim Brandt was in charge we had him come out to see if we needed a new furnace. He told us not to replace it. Its not often that someone tells you to not tell you to spend your money. Their service people have always been confident light and pleasant. Their bills are reasonable as any. I just feel like they are a honest group and I can trust them to do the things that I need to do and not do the things I don't need to do. As well as charge me an appropriate price and do it well. I don't think they will take me/ do work that does not need to be done.

The people that are employed by Brandt are professional, clean, kind, and courteous. They showed up on time and did their work. I asked questions of them as I am a curious person and they did not hesitate to answer all of my questions in language that was easy to understand. I will definitely call them for further service.

The crew arrived on time, and started work right away. Very nice group of guys. Finished ahead of schedule, thoroughly cleaned up. Took the time to show us all the new equipment installed, optimum settings. Reviewed owner's manuals. These guys are the best!

We love these guys. They've been servicing our HVAC for years. Finally came time to replace it. I think even if an estimate from another company had been lower, we still would have chosen Brandt. Showed up on time, cleaned up, everything works. Very happy.

They were excellent, the job was done professionally and in the time frame they gave me.

They removed the old units, installed the new units and installed the new. Clean up was thorough.

We've used this company many times in the past because they were able to correct the very bad problems we had with the company who installed the original furnace and a/c units in our home. At this time they replaced an old furnace and a/c and did it professionally, on time, and at the estimated cost. I would highly recommend Brandt Heating and A/C.

I've had Brandt Heating and Air take care of three separate issues for me, one at my house and two at rental properties. I finally decided to look elsewhere the next time I need a furnace or air conditioner fixed. 2 out of the 3 times I have called them they didn't fix the problem on their first time out, and the most recent time I had to pay to have them come back. I'm going to try to find someone who knows how to fix something the first time they show up.
