I got the owner and had a plumber out within the hour. He fixed the leak and upgraded the installation to include a turn-off valve at the bathtub, meaning that the next time, I can just turn off the water at the tub.

I requested an appt. 2 days from the time I called and they were able to oblige. They called prior to the repairman's visit as promised. He was on time and efficient. So far, no more leak. Only problem is Breese plumbing made the same repair in 2005. I don't know how long a wax ring is supposed to last. The repairman says the rings now are much better than those older ones.

Noticed leak on our basement floor coming from the kitchen sink drain line, contacted Breese Plumbing and explained the problem, they scheduled an appointment for early the next week, however they had an opening come up on Friday morning and were able to come out then. Bill was able to cut out the old pipe that had a small split in it and replaced with a new one, then he replace the dishwasher shutoff valve (I had asked him to do when he finished the drain line), cleaned up and was on his way. We have been using them for the last several years and are happy with their service.
