Description of Work: They came promptly to deal with the problem (carpenter ants) and seemed quite knowledgeable. They were friendly and professional. I didn't fully understand the explanation of what happened. I can't evaluate the quality at this time, as it takes a while for the bugs to fully die.

Description of Work: I started having them come out for a quarterly spraying in June. The sprayings have completely eliminated the spiders in my basement. I have been very happy with the promptness each time they come to spray.

He was able to get out to inspect the property within 48 hours of our request, and provided an incredibly detailed form describing all the locations he was able to check, and reasons for those he wasn't. He handled it all through our Realtor, seamlessly. He also provided a great one-year warranty in case we run into any issues.

Communication has always been a breeze - easy to schedule an appointment, and you don't have to be home when they come. We have been very happy with the services we have received!

+ 0 moreAlias the Bugman is awesome! Very affordable, does an incredible job, sets expectations and explains every step of what is being done. Spray is kid- and pet-safe and works very well. When we first started using Alias the Bugman 4 years ago, we noticed an increase in bug activity for about 3-4 days after the original treatment, and then literally no activity since. There's always going to be the occasional spider here and there (we notice one maybe every other month) vs finding 2-3 EVERY DAY before starting to use Alias the Bugman. Strongly recommended - wish there was a rating high than "A" that we could give them!
Description of Work: Alias the Bugman comes by our home several times a year to spray for insects, inside and outside (spring, summer, and fall - 3 times per year). Also has come out separate from regular sprayings to take care of wasp/bee nests in kids' playset and on inaccessible exterior walls.

He not only informed me how to decrease my termite infestation chances, but also how some simple landscaping changes could help with other types of infestation prevention. He took the time to explain what he found and didn't find in the whole house. He was very polite and on time. Also, he was 10 dollars cheaper then any other place in town. Would use his service again.
Description of Work: I used the bugman for a home inspection before we purchased a home. He inspected the house inside and out side and seemed to be very detail orientated. I did not have a chance to follow him around to watch what he did, but he seemed to do a very good job inspecting.
