Haus Roofing and Construction services

The owner (Tim Naberhaus) was very honest, answered all our questions, was responsive when we had a request. Tim did not try to double talk, misrepresent, or elude answers. He was very straight forward. He checked on his workers, communicated needs to them, and followed up on what was done. He had a finishing person go around and make sure all the little details were covered. The cost of service was less than other contractors, and the quality was higher. The whole crew was professional, respectful, and skilled. I will hire Haus Roofing again if I have any future construction needs.

As part of my house make-over I contacted Haus Roofing and Construction about replacing the roof and siding - here’s what happened: Roof Before deciding on roof replacement I met with Tim, and we went over all the details. He took the time to walk the roof and get all the measurements, and then came up with a proposal that covered all the work that needed to be done, as well as repairs and clean up. Once I gave him the go ahead and made the shingle color selection he worked with me to find a time that would work with everything else that was going on at the house. On the day of the installation the crew showed up right on time and got right to work, quickly stripping off the old shingles/felt and tossing them into the trailer they brought for trash removal. All the materials showed up in good time, and got put up on the roof where the crew got busy replacing the bad portions of sheeting and then installing the new felt, shingles and venting.  Tim was there the whole time to answer any questions that I might of had and just to make sure that things when smoothly - and they did! While the crew was finishing up the roof, several members came down and went all around the yard and house, making sure there weren't any nails or trash to be left behind. Siding Tim measured everything up and talked with me about all the options, and then gave me a proposal that included everything from preparing and wrapping the house to purchasing and installing the new siding. After looking things over and comparing with some other bids I chose to go with Haus Roofing and Construction because Tim was so good at explaining exactly what was included and what would be done. The crew showed up when they said they would, and did a great job of working around the other things going on at the house. Their attention to detail was great, and the final outcome was terrific. I really appreciated how carefully they cleaned up after they were done. Final Outcome The new roof and siding looks great and really adds to the overall appeal of the house - I would highly recommend this company, and I will use them again in the future if I ever need to have work done on my home!
