DAVE'S CARPET CLEANING

I used Dave's Carpet Cleaning based on the reviews I read on Angie's list. Dave's wife spoke with me over the phone regarding the services I needed and scheduling. They were able to schedule me within 2 days and arrived on time to perform the work. Dave and his wife spent time looking at the areas, asking clarifying questions and answering my questions as well as letting me know what they were going to do, how they were going to do it and how much it would cost. They finished on time, the results were great and I would definitely hire them again as well as recommend them to friends.

Wonderful experience. I was referred to Dave's Carpet Cleaning through my realtor. I called and spoke with Dave's wife, Denise, and scheduled a time for Dave to come out for an estimate. Dave came to look around and gave me an estimate which was a lot lower than I was anticipating. He was honest about one room of the house that had a particularly badly stained carpet, and said even though he could clean it, it wouldn't look good, so I opted to skip that room and just replace the carpet. He and I arranged for him to come on two evenings, once to do the finished basement and once to do the upstairs. Dave and his wife were excellent about communicating with me when they were delayed, which was no big deal for me as my schedule was flexible. I appreciated that they took the time and had the courtesy to let me know that they were delayed. The cleaned carpets look so much better! I had some troublesome pet stains which Dave treated. He said that if there was any odor after a few days to give him a call and he would come back and treat the areas again. Dave and Denise are great people who know their business and their work. They are very friendly but still get right down to business. Definitely an excellent service for the price.
