Mike Arpy and his crew did an outstanding job building our new deck! From start to finish, he was professional, punctual, and incredibly detail-oriented. One of the standout aspects of working with Mike was his excellent and prompt communication. He always got back to us almost immediately, which made the entire process smooth and stress-free. The quality of his work exceeded our expectations, with precise craftsmanship and a beautiful final product. His crew was polite, respectful, and hardworking, ensuring the job site was clean and organized throughout the project. I've used Mike for multiple projects, and his consistency, reliability, and commitment to excellence have always impressed me. I will definitely be using his services again in the future. The work was completed as scheduled. From the initial estimate to the finished project Mike and his crew were professional, prompt and easy to work with. Extra attention was paid to the little details that made for a great looking finished product.

They were very professional, always polite, easy to talk to, finished the project in a timely matter. They cleaned up every night before leaving for the day. We are truly pleased with their work. I would definitely recommend them on any project.

Bottom line: Arpy’s Construction did such a great job on our replacement siding and windows that we plan to hire them for our next job. Working with Mike Arpy through the planning and quote phase was very easy. He listened to our needs, proposed solutions and worked with us to determine what could be done within our planned budget. When the work started both Mike and his crew were professional, respectful and very proficient. The quality of their work and the “fit and finish” of the windows and siding were above our expectations. From the interior the windows look like they were installed when the house was built. From the exterior it looks like a brand-new house. We even had a major windstorm (70+ mph winds) two days after the crew finished and the siding and windows did not budge. We absolutely recommend Arpy’s Construction to anyone who wants a high-quality experience and result on their construction needs.

We were very impressed with the quality and professionalism Arpy's crew provided to us. They were helpful with all of our questions, did a great job with keeping the outside of the house picked up after they were done working which was very helpful given we have small kids and a dog. The communication was outstanding and the final product was exactly what we had in mind.

I contacted Arpy's and they came out on 2/23/21. He was to get me an estimate. I followed up on 2/28, no response. I followed up again on 3/4 - said he had been busy will send estimate next week. I followed up again, finally followed up again 3/16 no response. The only reason I gave so many chances to give me an estimate is they are a small company. However, not responding is not okay. I would not recommend them due to lack of response for my apparently too small project.

Mike and his team were great to work with and did an awesome job in taking huge steps bringing our family farmhouse back to life! We couldn't be more pleased with the windows, siding, doors installs and trim work. Looking forward to having them back to paint! Mike and his crew did a awesome job at our house. From the get go Mike was in contact letting me know when he thought materials would arrive and trying to line up a start day for his crew. I wasn’t able to be there the first couple days so Mike took pics and sent them to me to stay in the loop. Any further damage or weird things found we discussed and came up with a plan together. The crew was super polite and easy to talk to. They brought their own trailer to haul off debris and made sure to clean up daily. I would highly recommend these guys!

From the very start we were impressed with Mike. He returned our calls showed up to the first visit to our build site on time and went over every aspect of our wants and needs. When they started the job they always showed up on time and were very professional. Mike always kept in contact with us through out the project. The quality of work is top notch and always went the extra mile to make sure things met our expectations.

Mike was referred to us by some friends. He met every appointment, multiple times as we added a couple things to our job. He explained exactly what they would do and what we could expect. He and his crew showed up every day on time. The entire crew was professional polite and curtious and always answered my questions no matter how dumb I thought it sounded. They cleaned up the entire area everyday. Pretty sure it was better than when they started! VERY PLEASED with the end results!! Reliable Dependable Affordable Professional. It went well. they worked ho*** ** the job. Had a rain delay that was communicated. They stayed late to get the job done as close to on time as possible. happy with job and work.

Arpy's did my siding, soffits, facia, gutters, replaced two windows, and cut in two new windows. Each day of the project the crew showed up to the job site on time and were very professional. At the end of each day they cleaned up my driveway, so I could park in it.. as well as cleaned up my deck and yard so i had no fear of my dogs stepping on a nail or something sharp. I'm very happy with the completed job, and would definitely recommend them to anyone.
